The needs of the business, not technology, should be the primary reason for change in business operations. We recognized this need and set out to find a way to deal with it in 1992. Since then we created a formal alignment process, developed and patented the Active Information Model, and implemented the IVEENA® Service Delivery Platform that we have been evolving while solving real problems for our clients.
The result is this formal implementation framework; an adaptation of the classic Plan-Do-Check-Act Continuous Improvement model that leverages the gains in operational efficiencies to shorten the time to achieving strategic goals.
These case studies demonstrate success of this approach with a variety of organizations over more than two decades.
